Arc of Maui County was established in 1954 and promotes and protects the human rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
They actively support programs and services that assure full inclusion and participation in the community throughout life with residential, home and community-based, adult day health and vocational services.

Schedules: Varies dependent on position
Programs: Day Programs, Group Homes, Employment, Community Learning Locations: Wailuku, Kahului or Kihei
Duties: Teach life skills such as health, nutrition and exercise, money and budgeting, personal care, vocational, domestic skills, communication, socialization and behavioral skills. Transport individuals into the community. Medication administration, light cooking, housekeeping; depending on program site.
Requirements: Valid Driver’s License, High School Diploma or equivalent and experience working with special needs or elderly population preferred. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test. CPR/FA and TB required upon hire (will assist to obtain). Experience preferred, but not required.
